Come immerse yourself in an evening of deep relaxation and renewal as Vickie Saito & Al Wright guide you through a Yoga Nidra meditation accompanied by the ethereal tones of crystal singing bowls & hand pan drums.

Yoga Nidra, often called "the yoga of sleep," gently leads you on a meditative journey through your body. While resting in a long, luxurious Savasana (resting pose), you'll feel stress and tension melt away, unlocking a profound state of calm and clarity.

The resonant vibrations of the crystal bowls will envelop you in a cocoon of sound, washing over your nervous system and inviting every part of you to relax. Together, this powerful combination offers a sanctuary for rest and rejuvenation–a perfect way to reset.

What to bring: A yoga mat, a cozy blanket, and anything else to help you feel completely comfortable.
