Welcome to Mindfulness Meditation!

This class is offered both online and in person.

Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled in a chair or on the floor, whichever is most comfortable for you. Vickie will guide you in a grounding meditation first as you arrive, then will offer a short talk, followed by a guided and silent 30-minute meditation. The last portion of class will be open for sharing or questions.

It is customary in yogic and Buddhist traditions to support teachers through the practice of Dana, or the spiritual act of giving from the heart for teachings that you value. The aim is not so much to donate for your participation as to support other students in joining. By supporting this class, you are actively helping to grow the community.
